Overcharge Recovery Group was conceived in 1994. I had represented 2 of the Big Three carriers since 1983, and I witnessed first-hand the loss of revenue and waste each month in my customers' phone bills. I moved around to the client side of the desk to allow my clients to benefit from my unique insider vantage point.
I began to seek out other like-minded professionals to
assemble a group of seasoned professionals, each with complementary experience.
Our audit professionals have an average of over 15 years
experience in identifying billing errors and negotiating with the phone
companies to get refunds.
